This doula plan includes the following: Three in-person sessions Three virtual sessions Birth plan (electronic and hard copy) General birthing education Local birthing resources On-call support beginning at 35 weeks (can begin sooner if needed) In-person support during labor and delivery Postpartum plan Postpartum product bundle Two in-person, post-delivery sessions at one week and one month Two virtual, post-delivery sessions at three months and six months
